The first run is from Clachan of Campsie to the trig point in Lennox Forrest. On a good day there's great views across Glasgow and northwards to Ben Lomond  

On the way we'll pass some nuns, an abandoned castle and Celtic's training facility. Watch out for ghosts in the castle!

The route is mostly on god tracks. The first half is uphill but its not too steep and you can do it at your own pace. We wlil regroup at various points on the way up.

18:45 at Huntershill Sport Hub front door entrance for 7pm sharp on the track. Using the International Association of Athletics Federations compliant six-lane track, these group running sessions are aimed at development of aerobic endurance and strength with sessions grouped into four week blocks. They are open to all abilities and tailored accordingly.
