Introduction to Freestyle for Triathlon.  This session is for folks new or fairly new to front crawl.  The minimum requirement is to be able to swim 2 lengths, any stroke head in or out of the water.  We’ve spoken to some of our current development folks who may also benefit from going back to basics too that this session will cover.  The plan is to run this as a 6-8 week block, with the aim of getting folks comfortable enough to join our normal development sessions.
