Using the International Association of Athletics Federations compliant six-lane track, these group running sessions are aimed at development of aerobic endurance and strength with sessions grouped into four week blocks. They are open to all abilities and tailored accordingly.

Running shorts / leggings and t-shirt/vest

Munchies

Waterproof (if it's wet)
